Hello! My name is Lisa Russell. I’m a single, 60-year-old mother, grammy and dog mom who recently moved to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida from a small southern Illinois town. After losing my son and getting divorced, I lost my hair due to alopecia triggered by stress. I felt I had lost everything. I contribute surviving grief and loneliness to my faith in God and my friends and family. Six years after losing my son and turning 60 years old, I decided to move from the small town that I lived my whole life to Florida to start over and to have a fresh, new start at life. There’s something about losing everything that gives you courage to do anything. I share from my life experiences to inspire others to persevere and follow your dreams. I care about people and want to enrich lives.
